I guess Dede's so called fighting heart just wasn't in it all the way. She has dropped out of the NY-23 race. Here is Scozzafava's full statement . I guess she just can't hack it when the temperature rises and gets fired up. She's decided to cool her heels and watch the true conservative candidate run to the finish line. Doug Hoffman, The Conservative Party candidate running in the special election should have been the GOP candidate right from the beginnning. The people have spoken loud and clear and made it known that Scozzafava was a liberal and falls more in line with liberalism and Democratic policies much more so than Republican, or conservative policies. But, I am utterly filled with joy and amazement that Dede is doing the right thing by suspending her campaign and therefore allowing Doug Hoffman a really good opportunity and much better chance to win against the Democrat Bill Owens on Tuesday. Doug Hoffman supports protecting citizens' right to life, liberty, freedom and pursuit of happiness. He believes, and stands up for conservative values. Vote to preserve our freedom and the American Way. Vote for Doug Hoffman.
