Occupy Wall Street Protesters: Are they Astroturf Useful Idiots Who Represent The Bums Of America?

I don't normally watch that channel called CNN but my friend Erin Burnett has a new show called Outfront on CNN which is pretty good.  It is actually a "we report, you decide"  kind of show. In a segment called  Seriously?! she paid a visit to the Occupy Wall Street protesters in Manhattan.  From what I've heard and seen from pictures and some speeches the vast majority of these people seem to be like zombies and clueless idiots.  I wonder how far, wide and the length of time she had to search to find a protester who had a clue as to why they were protesting and was coherent in his complaints.  She found that most of the outrage from the protesters comes from the belief that TARP had hurt the economy.  But, Erin actually debunks that false notion. To my surprise I found out that we, the taxpayers, actually made money off the bailouts, with the exception in the case of GM.  The taxpayers lost money bailing out GM.  So, are the protesters a "mixed bag" as she asserts or are they useful idiots? 


Well, we have one protester who decided to defecate on a police car.

Are these protesters astroturf? 


At the Occupy DC protest we even have an organizer who admits to paying some protesters to be there. 





The protesters in Manhattan have garnered the backing of AFL-CIO's 56 unions, the SEIU as well as support from the Obama administration, Democrats and the DNC.   Billionaire George Soros does more than sympathize with the protesters but in fact has his grubby fingers all over this.  The original "Occupy Wall Street" ad came from the magazine Adbusters which is paid for by the Soros-funded Tides Foundation. 


In the video below we have the Communist Frances Fox Piven supporting the Occupy Wall Street protesters and you can hear the zombie chants from the protesters. Whoa! That's scary....

Beck Is Right About Soros

Those of you deniers of reality, deniers of the truth about George Soros' Nazi connections need to read the transcript of the 60 minutes interview and see that the admission which was made during the interview on 60 minutes, came straight from the horse's mouth.  Glenn Beck repeated the widely known story concerning Soros' involvement in handing deportation orders to Jewish families on behalf of the Nazis.  Glenn Beck is even so charitable as to say that: 'Soros was only fourteen at the time and does not condemn the activity, asserting that the matter remains "between Soros and God." '  J.R. Dunn of The American Thinker points out that Glenn Beck's treatment of Soros and the narrative is commendable and "in particular his statement that no one has a right to judge the efforts of Jews to survive in Nazi-occupied Europe."

J.R. Dunn goes onto describe the liberals denial of reality (gee, who could imagine - a lib avoiding reality) and points out three major objections made by them:

•1) The incident never happened.

•2) Its import and meaning are quite different that what is implied.

•3) Beck is throwing around Nazi associations in much the same way that the left do when they assert (one example out of thousands), that Prescott Bush "assisted the Nazis."

J.R. Dunn continues:

As to the import of the episode -- many of the comments draw very close to Holocaust denial. How do we know, they ask, that the Jews in question were being sent to the death camps? They could have been going anywhere -- "to Hawaii," one thoughtful commentator states.

This is a standard trope of the Holocaust-denial industry. "Revisionists," as they fancy themselves, have given up complete denial of the exterminations in favor of minimizing Nazi crimes by shaving away at the margins. So we get claims that not all the victims died in Auschwitz, Treblinka, Belzec, and the other camps, but instead were "sent" somewhere -- nobody knows quite where. In the 1980s, one insightful little scholar suggested that a large proportion of the missing six million could be found in Israeli retirement homes. The odious David Irving, a legitimate historian who slid into denial for reasons unknown even to himself, blithely insisted that he had "no idea" what happened to the European Jews, even though he had access to the largest private archive of Nazi documentation ever assembled.

The truth is simple: every Jew deported from the European ghettos went directly to the camps. Most of them were gassed immediately and then -- as the survivors put it -- went up the chimneys. There is no denying this, or eliding it, or making it mean anything else other than what it is. Holocaust denial is a crime. Anyone denying the exterminations is engaging in criminal activity -- particularly if it involves, as it does here, an attempt to silence a political opponent.

On to the claim that Beck is slandering Soros as a Nazi. This type of smear is not uncommon, and it is usually seen headed from the left in a rightward direction, under the assumption that both conservatism and Nazism are "right-wing" doctrines. The Prescott Bush libel is instructive here. Apparently the bank on whose board Bush sat loaned money to Nazi Germany during the 1930s. This is enough for him, his son, and his grandson to be damned from here to eternity as Nazi collaborators of the foulest type, according to the American left.

In truth, Bush was in no way involved in the day-to-day operations of the bank. He may not have been aware of the loans, he may not have voted on them, and he may well not have been asked his opinion. Many international banks loaned money to Germany during that period. We can judge none of them by hindsight. In the early to mid-'30s, Hitler was considered a strongman much like Mussolini or Ataturk, a man whose stern policies and harsh ways were required by the needs of the moment. His attacks on Jews were dismissed as crowd-pleasing rhetoric. Such lofty figures as Franklin D. Roosevelt, Rexford Tugwell, Adolf Berle, Evelyn Waugh, and Wyndham Lewis all expressed admiration for Hitler and Nazism in the early 1930s. Even Winston Churchill, Hitler's deadliest enemy, wrote that if Britain was ever caught in the same predicament as Germany, he hoped that a figure as strong as Hitler would appear to lead her out of it.

That attitude began to fade with Hitler's intervention in Spain in 1936, and it vanished entirely when 1938's Kristallnacht fully revealed his monstrous intentions. Hitler's previous admirers turned away in horror, leaving only mad, capering Ezra Pound to sing his glories.

That's how such slurs work -- a nugget of fact wrapped in endless layers of distortion and innuendo. That is not what Beck is involved in. As we've seen, he retails the story straightforwardly, with no embellishment or speculation. He withholds judgment on grounds of moral discretion and implicitly encourages others to do the same.

Then why mention the story at all? Because it's necessary. An honest portrayal of George Soros would be incomplete without it. There's an aspect of Soros' behavior that has gone unexamined and virtually unmentioned: the complete disconnect between his activities as a businessman and his ambitions as a philanthropist. Soros has, at the very least, skirted financial regulations in most or all of the countries in which he has operated. He has done worse in France, Malaysia, and Thailand -- the French fined him millions, while the Southeast Asian states are reportedly very interested in speaking to him in private. He has caused enormous misery through his currency manipulations. He evidently feels no guilt concerning these matters, either.

Yet this same man professes to be the greatest living champion of the "open society," the bearer of the legacy of Karl Popper (one of the few liberty-loving political philosophers of the last century), and the architect of a true people's democracy, working together with his protégé, Barack Obama.

There's something terribly wrong here. This is not the way a benefactor of humanity actually behaves. It's as if Gandhi financed his independence movement through a network of casinos, or if Martin Luther King sat on the councils of Murder Incorporated. What can the explanation be?

I believe that it can be found in Budapest in 1944. The Holocaust left deep and lasting scars on all who survived it, scars that often acted to cripple their psyches for decades afterward, if not for their entire lifetimes. It's highly unlikely that George Soros is an exception. Did the brutalization of those days find a response in buccaneer raids on the financial markets? Did the memories of what he was forced to do transform him into one of those creatures who "loves humanity and hates human beings"? Is he now little more than a shattered clockwork figure attempting in his twilight years to "do good" without the vaguest notion of what such a concept might entail?

MoveOn.org Terrorizing Target?

The White House is escalating its assault on corporate political donors, claiming that Democrats merely favor "disclosure." To understand their real goal, consider what happened to Target Corp. when it exercised its First Amendment rights in Minnesota.


In July, the superstore retailer based in Minneapolis donated $150,000 to an independent group called MN Forward, which used the funds to support the primary candidacy of Republican gubernatorial candidate Tom Emmer. Consistent with Target's interest, the donation helped pay for an ad highlighting Mr. Emmer's positions on taxes and spending, issues relevant to the state's business climate. Because Mr. Emmer was also a critic of gay marriage, however, within weeks the retailer found itself on the national left's political hit list.

MoveOn.org led the attack, organizing a petition and crafting a TV ad telling shoppers to boycott the chain. Soliciting donations to the anti-Target crusade, MoveOn warned that "Target became one of the first corporations to take advantage of the Citizens United decision when it donated to a far-right candidate for governor in Minnesota." It added, "If we don't fight back, this will be just the tip of the iceberg." Citizen's United is the January Supreme Court decision that said unions and companies can donate to independent political groups, which is what Target did.

So, just about every single day I get a slew of emails from a dude named Doug Stauffer, from Media Matters. The emails are press releases – 99% of them devoted to Fox News. I’m sure some of you get them too. Now, the obsession would be hilarious, if it wasn’t so all-consuming for the poor goof. And it made me wonder, what it must be like to have a job where all you do all day is alternate between watching a news network, and fulminating over watching a news network? That can’t be a life, can it? I mean, if I had that job, I would probably cry myself to sleep every night, with or without a shorty robe. Anyway, I’ve tried to imagine a typical day at Media Matters – which you’ll find below in our latest installment of Red Eye Robot Theatre:

George Soros: The #1 Threat to the United States

I believe that the number one threat to our nation today is George Soros.  He is working and hoping for the destruction of America as we love and know this great country today and especially in the past.  He is probably the number one funder of liberal activist groups.  George Soros is rooting for capitalism to fail.  He wants to destroy our republic and change it, or as Obama says "remake" America and is aiding Obama in doing just that.  George Soros is a threat to our freedom and liberty.  America has been and will be just fine as long as people who support and fund liberalism like George Soros are eliminated from the equation, and by that I mean people like George Soros need to be banned from entering into, participating in and influencing our government. Personally, I think that Dr. Evil must be sent back to his home country of Hungary.  He poses a threat to the very fabric of our nation and that threat to our nation must be removed.  He is pulling Obama's puppet strings and has helped him form a shadow government.  That is where the Czars come into play.  Czars must be found to be unconstitutional.  This is not what our Founding Fathers have intended for our country. The Czars are a part of Obama's shadow government.  Soros has positioned President Obama to have a shadow government in place just like Hitler did before he gained control of Germany.  Please, people wake up and see the evil that these two people are bringing to America.  We must fight and stop this evil from continuing and spreading across our nation.

Soros is a real life version of Dr. Evil—with Obama in the role of Mini-Me. Which is not as humorous as it might at first sound. In fact, it’s bone-deep chilling.

György Schwartz, better known to the world as George Soros, was born August 12, 1930 in Hungary. Soros’ father, Tivadar, was a fervent practitioner of Esperanto—a language invented in 1887, and designed to be the first global language, free of any national identity.

The Schwartz’s, who were non-practicing Jews, changed the family name to Soros, in order to facilitate assimilation into the gentile population, as the Nazis spread into Hungary during the 1930s. Soros is an Esperanto word meaning “to soar.”

In 1944 Hitler’s henchman Adolf Eichmann arrived in Hungary, to oversee the murder of that country’s Jews. The Soros children were all given fake identity papers, and were shipped out to various Christian families. George Soros ended up with a man whose job was confiscating property from the Jewish population. Soros went with him on his rounds.

Soros has repeatedly called 1944 “the best year of his life.”

In an article in the Wall Street Journal, Joshua Muravchik notes that, “70% of Mr. Soros’s fellow Jews in Hungary, nearly a half-million human beings, were annihilated in that year. They were dying and disappearing all around him, and their numbers no doubt included many whom he knew personally. Yet he gives no sign that this put any damper on his elation, either at the time or indeed in retrospect.”

During an interview with “Sixty Minute’s” Steve Kroft, Soros was asked about his “best year:”

KROFT: My understanding is that you went out with this protector of yours who


swore that you were his adopted godson.

SOROS: Yes. Yes.

KROFT: Went out, in fact, and helped in the confiscation of property from the Jews.

SOROS: Yes. That’s right. Yes.

KROFT: I mean, that sounds like an experience that would send lots of people to the


psychiatric couch for many, many years. Was it difficult?

SOROS: Not, not at all. Not at all.

KROFT: No feeling of guilt?

SOROS: No.

Of course he didn’t feel guilty. Soros has the moral depth of a clam. Nonetheless, he has said, “my goal is to become the conscience of the world.”

CCHD & George Soros- Its Worse Than We Thought

EWTN TV HOST CHALLENGES BISHOPS

The host of a national Catholic TV talk show says that Catholic Bishops have to come clean on their funding of groups that undermine traditional values and promote radical social change.


Raymond Arroyo, host of Catholic television network EWTN's "The World Over" program, says that the evidence indicates that groups funded by the Bishops through the Catholic Campaign for Human Development (CCHD) are actually "subverting" Catholic teaching on matters such as homosexual rights and abortion. He regrets that money being spent on such causes is coming at the expense of Catholic schools and hospitals facing funding shortfalls and possible closure.

Arroyo, whose November 13 show featured two major critics of the CCHD, is a graduate of the National Journalism Center (which also produced ACORN whistleblower Hannah Giles). He is a conservative who has a worldwide Catholic audience and can shake up the Bishops and the Vatican itself.

A regular guest on the Laura Ingraham radio show, where he comments on moral and religious issues, Arroyo has risked the wrath of the Catholic Bishops by devoting his EWTN program to exposing alleged corruption in the church. The Bishops are meeting in Baltimore this week.

An on-air caller to the EWTN show read a statement from a local Catholic Bishop claiming that EWTN is "not a good source of Catholic information" and disputing some of the allegations against the CCHD. But Arroyo shot back, quoting from an October 2 memorandum from Bishop Roger P. Morin, chairman of the CCHD, admitting that CCHD had funded groups in support of abortion rights and same-sex marriage, contrary to church teaching.

The timing of Arroyo's show was important. The annual CCHD collection is being held in churches this coming weekend--November 21 and 22. The theme of this year's collection is "Families are struggling. Faith is calling."

But Arroyo wanted Catholics to know that the CCHD has been plagued by charges of mismanagement and scandal. A group called Reform CCHD Now is urging Catholics to put coupons in collection plates, rather than money, informing the Bishops that the CCHD must be thoroughly overhauled.

In a video, the American Life League (ALL) has labeled the CCHD the "Catholic Campaign for Anti-Catholic Activities."

Arroyo noted that the evidence shows that while the bishops have been defending traditional marriage in states where it has been under attack, the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops is funding pro-homosexual organizations through the CCHD.
