Is Anti-American Anti-War Film Propaganda Supporting and Reinforcing the Jihad Way?

In the article called U.S. Soldier Who Faced Jihadist Assassin in Germany: "When I looked up, the pistol was in my face. I heard the words 'Allahu Akbar' and the pistol went 'click'"  the U.S. airman recalled seeing the "hate in his eyes" when Arid Uka shot and killed 2 servicemen in Germany.  He claims that he was "radicalized" when he saw a video of U.S. soldiers raping a Muslim girl.

From Jihad Watch:  He gave a teary confession at the trial’s opening in August, saying that the night before he had seen a video on Facebook that purported to show American soldiers raping a teenage Muslim girl. It turned out to be a scene from the 2007 Brian De Palma anti-war film “Redacted,” taken out of context.
Uka has told the court that the video prompted him to do anything possible to prevent American soldiers from going to Afghanistan. Before opening fire, he asked if the group of airmen were heading for Afghanistan, and was told they were.

I got to thinking as I was reading this and came up with some thoughts and specifically one question on this matter:  Is Anti-American anti-war film propaganda  supporting and reinforcing the jihad way?

I know these films are supposed to be fictional or based on fiction but many of the war films in recent years are life-like and look real.  Should these life-like war films have some plausibility of reality or truth to them in the real world?   I am almost positive that Arid Uka was predisposed to a pro-jihad mentality prior to seeing the film "Redacted".  I believe that this was the key factor in his killing the servicemen and that the film supported his view of "evil" servicemen overseas.  It is my contention that Hollywood is doing America at the least a great disservice and possibly even harming the United States by promoting and putting out this and  other anti-American antiwar propaganda films which distort reality and shows a dark, false image of our servicemen serving overseas.

I don't have a problem with freedom of speech but I am concerned for our nation and don't want the movies in Hollywood to work toward the detriment of the United States.

Maybe boycotting these types of films and the businesses which support this Anti-American propaganda is the answer?

Rush On Defending The Defenseless

I found this via Fr. Z and Motley Monk:

At the beginning of “Open Line Friday,” Rush Limbaugh took President Obama to task for his priorities in the current budget debate and potential shutdown of the federal government.

    El Rushbo

    Limbaugh posed this question:

During a government shutdown, how can the President withhold paying the military to defend the defenseless while at the same time fighting to keep Planned Parenthood funded to provide abortions to kill (I added the word kill) the most defenseless among us?

Rush makes a great point! Source URL: https://outlawrepublican.blogspot.com/search/label/military

Should Diversity in the Military Take Precedence Over Qualifications?

The Military Diversity Commission (MLDC) has issued a report saying that too many white men are in top positions in the military. So, this means that whitey must step aside for the sake of minorities regardless of the consequences, even if it costs lives because inexperienced minorities filled the uppermost ranks just because racial quotas had to be filled, all in the name of diversity.  This is ludicrous! This is pure insanity! Retired Lt. Colonel and Florida Republican Rep. Allen West is calling this  "a slap in the face” to all those minorities who have achieved seniority in the military.

Rep. West stated: “Everyone that comes into the military has an equal opportunity to get promoted to the next level. It is not about outside entities trying to engineer and design results and outcomes or create a sense of equal achievement and when some military diversity group writes a report saying there are too many white men on top,” West said. “It is kind of a slap in the face to those who have risen through the ranks such as four star General [Lloyd] Austin, [General] Kip Ward, many others. We don’t need these outside entities trying to design or shape a military.”

    From The Daily Caller:

"Ordered by Congress in the 2009 National Defense Authorization Act, the report seeks to increase diversity."
“The commission’s recommendations support two overriding and related objectives: (1) that the Armed Forces systematically develop a demographically diverse leadership … and (2) that the services pursue a broader approach to diversity that includes the range of backgrounds, skill sets and personal attributes that are necessary to enhancing military performance,” the report reads.
"According to the document, 77 percent of active duty senior officers are white, 8 percent are black, 5 percent are Hispanic and 16 percent are women — something that needs to change, according to the MLDC.
“Leveraging diversity as a vital strategic military resource will require the commitment, vision, and know-how of leaders at every level,” the report continues. “Without this commitment to instill respect for diversity as a core value, the needed cultural change may not take place.”

The military's definition of diversity is this:

Should diversity really be a priority for the military?

In order to decipher whether the data given by the MLDC for each ethnic/racial/gender group is actually lower than average, average, or above average the data needs to be compared to the figures of each ethnic/racial/gender group and their percentage of the total population in the United States but what will determine this more so is the percentage of each ethnic/racial/gender group serving in the military.  Since the 2010 census hasn't been posted on the web yet I am relying on the statistics in the 2000 census.

According to Wikipedia: In the 2000 Census, respondents were tallied in each of the race groups they reported. Consequently, the total of each racial category exceeds the total population because some people reported more than one race.

The above chart shows that African Americans make up about 12 percent of the U.S. population. According to this site 14 percent of African Americans serve in the military. I found the approximate percentage of Hispanics in 2009 here so I will use that number since for some reason the 2000 census didn't have Hispanics as whole as an ethnic group on the list.  The percentage of Hispanics in the U.S. is about 16 percent and the percentage of Hispanics who are in the top positions in the military is 5 percent.  According to the Army Times Hispanics constitute 13.5 percent of those serving in the military.  According to this site the number of females represented in the the total U.S. population is 50 percent.  The data here shows that about 14.5 percent people serving in Combat are women and 15.2 percent serving in the Reserves & Guard are women.  According to About.com, women make up about 20 percent of today's military and 16 percent constitute the uppermost ranks of the military.  The number of women, Hispanics, and African-Americans serving in top ranking positions in the military doesn't seem to be that bad of a ratio but seems average when taking into account the percentage of each group serving in the military.

The data shows that the number of African-Americans serving in the military has declined since 2000.
"S. Douglas Smith, a spokesman for Army Recruiting Command at Fort Knox, Ky., pointed out that recruiting is down, not just for African-Americans, but for all groups. This year, the Army missed its recruiting goal by more than 6,600 new enlistees, the first time it has missed an annual recruiting target since 1999."
"Smith said the improving economy is mostly to blame for the recruiting slump, but the war also has been a factor, he said, "and the public perception that this is a risky time to be a soldier."
"Smith said the Army has been focusing recruiting efforts more on Hispanics and Asian-Americans and other minorities in recent years. In fiscal year 2001, Hispanics made up 10.5 percent of active-duty Army recruits. In fiscal year 2005, they comprised 13.2 percent of active-duty recruits, according to Army statistics, slightly higher than their overall percentage in the U.S. population of 12.5 percent. The percentage of Asian recruits rose from 2.6 percent in fiscal year 2001 to 4.1 percent in fiscal year 2005, about on par with their percentage of the U.S. population."
"The Army appealed to blacks for decades because they saw it as one of the most integrated institutions in America, said Charles Moskos, a sociologist at Northwestern University who specializes in military affairs.
"Eventually, blacks made up one-third of all enlisted women and one-fifth of men, including many senior noncommissioned officers.
"It's been the only institution in America where whites have been routinely bossed around by blacks because many of your (non-commissioned officers) are black," Moskos said."

Experts cited these factors as to reasons why there is a decline in African-Americans serving in the military:

    -Better economic and educational opportunities.

-The high rate of incarceration among young black males. According to the U.S. Department of Justice, about 8.4 percent of all black males in the United States between 25 and 29 were in a state or federal prison last year, compared with 2.5 percent of Hispanics and 1.2 percent of whites in the same age group.

-An erroneous belief, dating back to the Vietnam War, that blacks and other minorities suffer a disproportionate share of combat casualties.
Statistics don't bear out those perceptions. According to independent researchers with Iraq Coalition Casualty Count, a Web site that tracks casualty statistics based on Defense Department press releases and media reports, whites have suffered 74 percent of deaths in Iraq, while blacks have suffered 10.4 percent and Hispanics 11 percent.

-Blacks have been much less supportive of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan than whites and other ethnic groups, according to U.S. military surveys.
According to a report titled "U.S. Military Image Study" commissioned last year by the Army, African-Americans who viewed the military favorably decreased from 22 percent in November 2003 to 11 percent in November 2004.

Compared with other ethnic groups, African-American youths are also the least supportive of the war in Iraq, the least likely to believe that the war was justified and the most disapproving of the U.S. government's handling of foreign affairs, researchers found.
The study also found that black adults are less likely than adults in other ethnic groups to recommend military service to youths, in part because of the war.

The summary of the Military Leadership Diversity Commission's report is here.  One area the report focuses on is outreach.  I think outreach is good but I don't think that it should be limited to certain racial or ethnic groups.  One additional recommendation is to expand the pool of candidates which is a good goal but the in which they plan on doing this is to "Require the Services to review and validate their eligibility criteria for military service."   Does this mean that the military is going to be lowering the standards for acceptance?  If so, that would be highly detrimental to the military and could cost lives.  The military says that there definition acknowledges that people not only enter the military with different cultural backgrounds but also with different skills, experiences, and talents.  This statement makes perfect sense.  Then the report follows up with a sentence on working to further eliminate discrimination.  Is it discrimination to be disqualified from being promoted for a particular position if that person is lacking in the necessary skills for that position, or their talents do not match up with a certain position?

Is it a "right" to to be admitted into the military?  I was under the impression that being accepted into the military is a privilege and not a right.  I would even say that serving in the military is even more so a privilege than attending college.  First an individual must pass the ASVAB to enter the military.  Then if an individual has a certain physical or mental disability he or she is disqualified from joining the military.  In addition, I believe the military even has certain standards on what grades you must achieve in high school to be admitted into the military.  Rep. West said that many people confuse rights with privilege and to him serving in the military is a privilege.

Should the military pick who is best to serve in command positions or who is promoted up the line based on a proven record of success - based on merit - based an individual's abilities or should it be determined by race-based quotas just so the top brass can be a diverse group?   Would meeting diversity requirements based on race and not merit be considered racist?  Would minorities be following Martin Luther King's dream that people “would be judged not by the color of their skin but by the content of their character,” a vision which is also known as a "colorblind" society by demanding to be promoted using the criteria of diversity?  It seems as though Americans, specifically liberals, have strayed away from this vision - from Martin Luther King's Dream -  many believing they have a right to certain benefits based on their race.  I believe that "content of character" means based on merit and on an individual's qualifications and not having a person's skin color play a part in whether an individual is promoted or not.

The Ruling Elites Wage War on Morality Via Homosexualization

    By: Robert Knight:
As the nation lurches back toward well-founded suspicion of big government, the ruling elites are putting the pedal to the metal against the moral foundations.

In a matter of months, three liberal federal judges struck down California's constitutional marriage amendment, the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), and the military's law barring homosexuality. Why mess around with legislators when federal judges can create havoc with the stroke of a pen?

Sometimes just the threat of a wacko liberal ruling is enough to drive policy. That seems to be the reasoning behind Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates warning Congress to homosexualize the military before the courts do it. He said it would be disruptive if a court acts, so Congress should order up the lavender tanks instead.

I don't recall a single reporter asking Mr. Gates why, if ending the policy by court order would harm the military, it would be less disruptive if done by the lame-duck Congress. Mr. Gates himself hinted at the answer: Training (i.e. brainwashing) could begin earlier. Think about that. Troops drawn from America's heartland will be "trained" to appreciate sodomy - or else. Wonder if they'll break out those little Maoist dunce caps while they're at it?

Soldier Homecoming Surprise Mix

CNN Spotlights Disabled Veteran Selflessly Helping Other Injured Veterans

As The Amoebic Parasitic Disease Runs Rampant....

An amoebic parasitic disease known as far leftist liberalism has been permeating the minds of all Congressional Democrats and RINOS in Washington this past year. This amoebic parasitic disease consists of :

ARROGANCE, SNOBBISHNESS, BULLHEADEDNESS, IGNORANCE, RUTHLESSNESS, MYOPIC , UNSEEING, INCONSIDERATE, DISTASTEFUL, DECEITFUL, BOORISH, IMBECILLIC, NUMSKULLED BEHAVIOR, BUT MOST OF ALL THESE FREAK BEINGS OF NATURE DID NOT DO THE ONE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT OF THEIR JOB, AND THAT IS TO LISTEN TO THEIR CONSTITUENTS AND NOT DISREGARD THEIR VOICES, AND TREAT CITIZENS AS IF THEY WERE WORTHLESS INDIVIDUALS. THIS WILL COME BACK TO HAUNT THESE PARASITIC FREAK BEINGS OF NATURE COME NEXT ELECTION.

And, then, a cataclysmic earthquake rocked the Democratic world last Tuesday when Scott Brown was elected as Senator of Massachusetts. After Tuesday, certain people like Jim Webb, Barney Frank, and Evan Bayh have had some healing of their amoebic diseases and are backpedaling on health care "reform." But others like Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, and President Obama still have this parasitic disease taking over their lives and insisting on forcing health care "reform" down our throats even though a majority of citizens want the Dems version of health care "reform" stopped. They are promoting tyranny and ignoring the will of the people. The people of MA have spoken because of the following: Democrats and their demagoguery of Obama, his “hope and change” mantra that in fact spawned a new wave of corruption to the enth degree, the realization of Obama campaign trail lies, lack of transparency, lack of bi-partisanship, radicalism and the Obama’s “re-making” or radicalizing of America, abandoning the principles laid out by our Founding Fathers, Democrats abandoning the rules of military law and American principles by accommodating terrorists or enemy combatants in giving them added benefits and rights only due to a civilian in America. Yes, this is the reason people voted for Scott Brown on Tuesday. But, unfortunately there is still an amoebic parasitic disease running rampant through the veins of Pelosi, Reid, Obama and their ilk.

This administration is confusing our brave men and women in the military who are serving overseas on how exactly they should handle captured terrorists on the battlefield with regards to miranda rights. How ludicrous, giving miranda rights to our enemy. This is so absurd. First, Obama has been appeasing and apologizing to the world and showing great weakness to other countries. He decides to close Gitmo to please his liberal base without having a plan on how to do so. That is a sign of an inept leader. That is a leader not having a clue. Maybe, the amoebic parasite has taken over his body and he's insane? What sane person would do and allow for these ludicrous and unconscionable things?

Obama is spreading the “love” of the terrorists all around, some to NYC, some to Thomson Correctional Facility in Illinois, some back to terrorist sympathizing countries, and some are staying in Gitmo whereby all these are endangering many, many American lives. Lo and behold the terrorists have filed complaints to stop their transfer to Thomson so that they can stay at Gitmo. If Gitmo is really all that bad than why do the terrorists want to stay at Gitmo? Or is it that the left has demonized Gitmo falsely?

Eric Holder and Obama are a bunch of cherry picking people who are political opportunists cherry picking principles of the Geneva Convention for political expediency. Eric Holder and Obama has been cherry picking the application of the Geneva convention rules and also cherry picking which detainees the Geneva Convention applies to. They are skirting around International military laws to fit their own political agenda instead of actually caring about the safety of American citizens. This is unconscionable!!! But, putting politics over American safety is not a new concept for Democrats.

The Obama administration is bending over backwards and accommodating a terrorist who is accusing a Navy Seal of punching him while the terrorist was being detained and transferred. If the Navy Seal’s accuser is not able to come to the United States than the charges should be dropped immediately. In fact, the Seals should have never been charged in the first place. The Navy Seals captured one of the most wanted terrorists in Iraq- mastermind of the murder and mutilation of four Blackwater USA security guards in Fallujah in 2004. But, this administration is forcing one those Navy Seal's, who is accused of punching a terrorist (oh poor baby terrorist!!), and this administration is dragging him to face his terrorist accuser all the way to Iraq because for some odd reason the terrorist can’t be brought to the U.S. This is one of the most ridiculous, abhorrent and unamerican things to ever to be done in the history of the United States. All of these inconsistencies are incomprehensible. Obama’s methods of engaging terrorism is one of complete chaos. This just blows my mind. This is unconscionable!! These three Navy Seals should be revered as heroes and instead our military or one commander and the Obama administration has made a mockery of Navy seals bringing justice to this terrorist. The terrorist is playing both the military and the Obama administration for fools. Well, It is obvious that this amoebic parasitic disease is spreading and is affecting people's mental abilities. We must keep up fighting the good fight against these amoebas.

THIS AMOEBIC PARASITIC DISEASE IS RUNNING RAMPANT THROUGH WASHINGTON AND WE MUST CLEAN UP THE BIOHAZARD WASTE COME NEXT ELECTION!!!!!Source URL: https://outlawrepublican.blogspot.com/search/label/military

Who is The Real Enemy of Islam?

Ralph Peters asks whether our media is going to capitalize on this very important study which reveals information that Al-Qaeda primarily targets non-Westerners as opposed to Westerners? Scott Helfstein, Nassir Abdullah and Muhammad al-Obaidi have compiled this substantially useful report. But, Ralph Peters asks the question, will we use it? I hope we do, but knowing how our Left Stream Media (MSM) and the way liberals today operate with promoting their anti-American propaganda and hate America policies, as well as tapping into the Muslims' philosophy of hate for us, while at the same time vilifying our military for them doing their superb jobs, I doubt it. The media is the main reason we lost in Vietnam. If the media hadn't put their negative spin on it and played right into the hands of the enemy we would have had a much better chance of winning in Vietnam. But, public relations is extremely important in aiding the winning of wars and the media was hell bent on advancing our enemy to victory by promoting everything that happened that was negative in Vietnam. The liberals and MSM are now playing the same political game now with regards to both Iraq and Afghanistan. They are promoting the negative of both wars while endangering the lives of our brave men and women who are serving in the military overseas. They want the wars to go bad. Instead of putting a positive spin and promoting the defeat of Muslim Jihadists who want to kill us as well as innocent non-Westerners, the media is promoting the negative, aiding the enemy in their efforts promoting a bad PR campaign just as they did in Vietnam. Instead of rooting for the United States, our Left Stream Media is basically being a voice for our enemy. They are promoting anti-Americanism and hate U.S. policies today just as liberals did back in Vietnam. This should be either considered treasonous or seditious. The left spews so much hate for our military that they would rather them lose lives, lose wars, just so they could win a political battle. This is utterly despicable. This is outrageous. We must make sure that this valuable information gets out to the public so people can see the truth about the military and what damage Al-Qaeda and the Taliban have done to Muslims or non-Westerners.

Here is the article written by Ralph Peters:

AL Qaeda does one thing ex tremely well: killing Muslims. Between 2006 and 2008, only 2 percent of the terror multinational's victims were Westerners.
The rest were citizens of Muslim countries. Even as al Qaeda claims to be their defender.

I've long complained that we fail to capitalize on al Qaeda's blood thirst in our information operations. Al Qaeda (as well as the Taliban and other insurgent groups) slaughters Muslims -- yet we let the media flip the blame to us.
Last weekend, a Pentagon insider passed me a no-nonsense study recently released by the Combating Terrorism Center at West Point. "Deadly Vanguards: A Study of al Qaeda's Violence Against Muslims" is exactly the kind of work our analysts should produce -- but rarely do.

Using exclusively Arabic-language media reports and including only those incidents for which al Qaeda proudly claimed responsibility, this scrupulously documented study explodes the myth of al Qaeda as a champion of Muslims:

    * Between 2004 and 2008, only 15 percent of al Qaeda's victims were Westerners, and that number skewed upward because of the Madrid and London attacks.

    * Between 2006 and 2008, a non-Westerner was 54 times likelier to die in an al Qaeda attack than a Westerner.

    * "Outside of the war zones of Afghanistan and Iraq, 99 percent of al Qaeda's victims were non-Western in 2007 and 96 percent were non-Western in 2008."

Bravo to Scott Helfstein, Nassir Abdullah and Muhammad al-Obaidi for producing this supremely useful report. Now the question is: Will we use it?

The propaganda skills of our enemies eclipse our timid, lawyer-ridden information operations. In the Muslim world, we get blamed even for al Qaeda's proudest massacres of Muslims -- while Pakistanis blame us for Taliban suicide bombings.

As this report documents, we possess facts that could be wielded as weapons. But we're no more willing to fight an aggressive information war than we are to wage a serious ground war against our enemies.

Personally, I was astonished -- and delighted -- that this hard-headed report came out of West Point, the most politically correct major institution in the US Army, now dedicated to the proposition that killing our nation's enemies is so yesterday. Is there new hope for the stumbling Long Gray Line?

Back to al Qaeda: Our porcine intelligence system doesn't bother to ask the basic question of why al Qaeda kills Muslims so avidly. (Even conservative Muslim scholars are questioning al Qaeda's practices.)

The answer's as clear as a sunny day in the desert: Al Qaeda fully reflects its Saudi parentage. Neither the Saudis nor al Qaeda cares a whit about individual Muslims. They only care about Islam.

I've seen, in country after country, how the Saudis sacrifice the well-being and human potential of countless Muslims in order to prevent them from integrating into local societies and to promote the dour Wahhabi cult that has deformed Islam so horribly: purity matters, people don't.

Likewise, al Qaeda is happy to sacrifice any number of Muslims to promote its neo-Wahhabi death cult. The al Qaeda serpent may have turned on the Saudi royals, but their differences are a matter of degree.

Meanwhile, we imagine that our passivity and "tolerance" are virtues. We fail to capitalize on al Qaeda's horrendous record, while our government protects the Saudi-funded extremists who poison American mosques.
(Our leaders blather about "freedom of religion," ignoring the fact that there's no freedom of religion in Saudi Arabia. Can't we prohibit religious funding from states that don't themselves exercise tolerance? We're being idiotic, not virtuous.)
We continue to hear endless nonsense from Washington about how "soft power" is so much more effective than military force. OK, show us. Three good men at West Point have given us a powerful information weapon against al Qaeda.

Will our leaders have the sense to use it?

The Oathkeepers

A big H/T goes to Matt at Conservative Hideout 2.0 for this article.

“The time is now near at hand which must probably determine, whether Americans are to be, Freemen, or Slaves; whether they are to have any property they can call their own; whether their Houses, and Farms, are to be pillaged and destroyed, and they consigned to a State of Wretchedness from which no human efforts will probably deliver them. The fate of unborn Millions will now depend, under God, on the Courage and Conduct of this army” — Gen. George Washington, to his troops before the battle of Long Island

This quote is taken from the Oathkeepers website. I’ve been aware of them for a few weeks now, but am now finally getting around to doing a post on them. As the name implies, the Oathkeepers believe in keeping their oath to uphold and protect the Constitution. Their oath is in ten statements shown here.

    1) We will NOT obey any order to disarm the American people.

    2) We will NOT obey any order to conduct warrantless searches of the American people, their homes, vehicles, papers, or effects — such as warrantless house-to house searches for weapons or persons.

    3) We will NOT obey any order to detain American citizens as “unlawful enemy combatants” or to subject them to trial by military tribunal.

    4) We will NOT obey orders to impose martial law or a “state of emergency” on a state, or to enter with force into a state, without the express consent and invitation of that state’s legislature and governor.

    5) We will NOT obey orders to invade and subjugate any state that asserts its sovereignty and declares the national government to be in violation of the compact by which that state entered the Union.

    6) We will NOT obey any order to blockade American cities, thus turning them into giant concentration camps.

    7) We will NOT obey any order to force American citizens into any form of detention camps under any pretext.

    8) We will NOT obey orders to assist or support the use of any foreign troops on U.S. soil against the American people to “keep the peace” or to “maintain control” during any emergency, or under any other pretext. We will consider such use of foreign troops against our people to be an invasion and an act of war.

    9) We will NOT obey any orders to confiscate the property of the American people, including food and other essential supplies, under any emergency pretext whatsoever.

    10) We will NOT obey any orders which infringe on the right of the people to free speech, to peaceably assemble, and to petition their government for a redress of grievances.

Here is more from their website.

Oath Keepers is a non partisan association of currently serving military, peace officers, fire-fighters, and veterans who will fulfill our oath to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, so help us God.

Our oath is to the Constitution, not to the politicians, and not to any political party. In the long-standing tradition of the U.S. military, we are apolitical. We don’t care if unlawful orders come from a Democrat or a Republican, or if the violation is bi-partisan. We will not obey unconstitutional (and thus unlawful) and immoral orders, such as orders to disarm the American people or to place them under martial law. We won’t “just follow orders.” Our motto: “Not on Our Watch!” or to put it even more succinctly, in the words of 101st Airborne Commander General Anthony McAuliffe at the Battle of the Bulge, “NUTS!”

There is at this time a debate within the ranks of the military regarding their oath. Some mistakenly believe they must follow any order the President issues. But many others do understand that their loyalty is to the Constitution and to the people, and understand what that means.

The mission of Oath Keepers is to vastly increase their numbers.

We are in a battle for the hearts and minds of our own troops.

    Help us win it.

This, in my opinion, is an outstanding development. I am pleased to see that many Americans are choosing to take on the responsibility of actually keeping their oath to protect and uphold the constitution. While that comment may sound sarcastic, that is not the intent. As we all are aware, we are watching an unprecedented attempt by our own government to water down, or outright eliminate many of our individual freedoms. Distrust of the government, particularly at the federal level, is at all time highs. I personally take great comfort that there are people in positions of responsibility willing to take this oath.

I would have to assume that taking this oath might come at some personal risk. Given the federal government’s stance that anyone who disagrees with the POTUS is a terrorist, these people are facing probable investigation. Given the extent to which government officials visit this blog (thanks Stat Counter), it’s not a stretch to believe that the government would also check on the online activities of people that take this oath. Also depending upon the scenario, people taking this oath, and as well as depending upon their employment or service, they could face job loss, imprisonment, court-martial, or other punishments for upholding their oath. These people are taking their oath seriously, perhaps at personal risk to themselves. If you know an Oathkeeper, thank them and support them. If you are in a position that may one day require you to participate in anything described in the Oathkeeper’s statements, please consider taking the oath yourself. Just know that you will have made yourself some powerful enemies in the process.

Obama Fox Hunting & Keeps General McChrystal Waiting

General McChrystal has been waiting... And waiting .... For the "indecisive one" to give an answer to his request for over 2 months. As Obama acts like a school-boy on a teeter-totter, and as Karl Rove describes Obama's indecisiveness as Wobbly our troops are waiting for their commander-in-chief to send the additional troops to help them defeat Al-Qaeda.

Obama has been on the prowl hunting Fox instead of actually focusing on his priorities of being a commander-in-chief and granting General McChrystal's request. Obambi needs to listen to the General whom he appointed as the commander in Afghanistan. Obambi either needs to send more troops to Afghanistan, or bring our troops home before they are endangered further due to Obambi's indecision and him being a weak leader.

Obama is in bed with the same media and Democratic Party who wanted the U.S. to fail in Iraq. Obama is still in bed with the MSM who wants the U.S. to surrender in defeat in Afghanistan rather than properly securing this area of the Middle East in order to stop the breeding of terrorism as best we can. I believe that Obama is putting politics above both the safety of the lives of our soldiers and of the United States. Obama called the War in Afghanistan a "war of necessity" but as soon as he realizes that the obstacles are tougher than he thought, the Obamapussy wanes, hides, and is indecisive proving that he is a weak President.

The Axis of Idiots

"The Axis of Idiots"From the Podium:J. D. Pendry, Retired Sergeant Major, USMC
Jimmy Carter, you are the father of the Islamic Nazi movement. You threw the Shah under the bus, welcomed the Ayatollah home, and then lacked the spine to confront the terrorists when they took our embassy and our people hostage. You're the "runner-in-chief."

Bill Clinton, you played ring around the Lewinsky while the terrorists were at war with us. You got us into a fight with them in Somalia and then you ran from it. Your weak-willed responses to the USS Cole and the First Trade Center Bombing and Our Embassy Bombings emboldened the killers. Each time you failed to respond adequately, they grew bolder, until 9/11/2001.

John Kerry, dishonesty is your most prominent attribute. You lied about American Soldiers in Vietnam . Your military service, like your life, is morefiction than fact. You've accused our military of terrorizing women and children in Iraq . You called Iraq the wrong war, wrong place, wrong time, and the same words you used to describe Vietnam . You're a fake! You want to run from Iraq and abandon the Iraqis to murderers just as you did to the Vietnamese. Iraq , like Vietnam , is another war that you were for, before you were against it.

John Murtha, you said our military was broken. You said we can't win militarily in Iraq . You accused United States Marines of cold-blooded murder without proof and said we should redeploy to Okinawa . Okinawa, John? And the Democrats call you their military expert! Are you sure you didn't suffer a traumatic brain injury while you were off building your war hero resume? You're a sad, pitiable, corrupt, and washed up old fool. You're not a Marine, sir. You wouldn't amount to a good pimple on a real Marine's ass. You're a phony and a disgrace. Run away, John.

Dick Durbin, you accused our Soldiers at Guantanamo of being Nazis, tenders of Soviet style gulags and as bad as the regime of Pol Pot, who murdered two million of his own people after your party abandoned Southeast Asia to the Communists. Now you want to abandon the Iraqis to the same fate. History was not a good teacher for you, was it? Lord help us! See Dick run.

Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Carl Levine, Barbara Boxer, Diane Feinstein, Russ Feingold, Pat Leahy, Barack Obama, Chuck Schumer, the Hollywood Leftist morons, et al, ad nauseam: Every time you stand in front of television cameras and broadcast to the Islamic Nazis that we went to war because our President lied, that the war is wrong and our Soldiers are torturers, that we should leave Iraq, you give the Islamic butchers - the same ones that tortured and mutilated American Soldiers - cause to think that we'll run away again, and all they have to do is hang on a little longer. It is inevitable that we, the infidels, will have to defeat the Islamic jihadists. Better to do it now on their turf, than later on ours after they have gained both strength and momentum.

American news media, the New York Times particularly: Each time you publish stories about national defense secrets and our intelligence gathering methods, you become one united with the sub-human pieces of camel dung that torture and mutilate the bodies of American Soldiers. You can't strike up the courage to publish cartoons, but you can help Al Qaeda destroy my country. Actually, you are more dangerous to us than Al Qaeda is. Think about that each time you face Mecca to admire your Pulitzer.

You are America 's 'AXIS OF IDIOTS.' Your Collective Stupidity will destroy us. Self-serving politics and terrorist-abetting news scoops are more important to you than our national security or the lives of innocent civilians and Soldiers It bothers you that defending ourselves gets in the way of your elitist sport of politics and your ignorant editorializing. There is as much blood on your hands as is on the hands of murdering terrorists. Don't ever doubt that. Your frolics will only serve to extend this war as they extended Vietnam . If you want our Soldiers home as you claim, knock off the crap and try supporting your country ahead of supporting your silly political aims and aiding our enemies.
Yes, I'm questioning your patriotism. Your loyalty ends with self. I'm also questioning why you're stealing air that decent Americans could be breathing. You don't deserve the protection of our men and women in uniform. You need to run away from this war, this country. Leave the war to the people who have the will to see it through and the country to people who are willing to defend it.Our country has two enemies: Those who want to destroy us from the outside and those who attempt it from within.

Democrats Protect Pedophiles in Hate Speech Bill

Here is a video of Republican Rep. Steve King introducing an exemption so that pedophiles will not be covered under Hate Crimes Bill but the Democrats decided to vote NO and protect pedophiles. In the same video Republicans requested that Veterans be added and protected by the hate crimes legislation but Democrats also voted NO. So the Democrats have chosen to protect pedophiles but not our military veterans. Does this make sense to you? Let's make sure every Representative is known by name across the U.S. that they support pedophiles but not the military. We, as Americans need to hold our public officials accountable. If Obama signs this piece of legislation how can he say that he is for protecting our children? He is in effect throwing our most precious, innocent children to these predators who will have protection under the law. Our children need a voice and they need to be protected, not the criminals.
